The phone also has 3.0 inches LED-Backlit LCD Touch Display, 5.0 MP Camera with Auto Focus and LED Flash. It has an 512MB RAM, 1GB external memory which can be expanded to a maximum of 32GB. The Accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate and Proximity sensor for auto turn-off features are available on Sony Ericsson Xperia Active.
